This trip is subject to a minimum number of confirmed bookings.
If the required number of travellers is not reached, the trip may not go ahead.
If we need to cancel the trip because the minimum group size has not been reached, all booked travellers will be informed in advance and receive a full refund of their ticket payments.
We'll keep you updated and confirm all final travel arrangements before departure.

These conditions apply to the Cologne Christmas Market Day Trip on Saturday, 28 November 2026, organised by Your Next Door Traveller.
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings cancelled on or before 28 October 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
From 29 October 2026 onwards, tickets are non-refundable.
Bookings made on or after 29 October 2026 are non-refundable from the moment of booking.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
If you are unable to travel, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.
Please contact Your Next Door Traveller with the replacement passenger’s details.
Passengers are responsible for arriving at their selected pickup point on time.
The coach cannot wait for late passengers.
No refund will be provided if you:
Any alternative transport required will be at your own expense.
Pickup locations and approximate travel times will be shown on the event page and communicated before departure.
Travel times are indicative and may change due to traffic, road conditions, driver regulations, parking arrangements, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Minor changes to timings, routes or coach parking arrangements do not entitle passengers to a refund.
The trip is subject to sufficient participation.
If Your Next Door Traveller cancels the trip because the required minimum number of passengers has not been reached, customers will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid to Your Next Door Traveller.
We are not responsible for separately booked transport, accommodation or other expenses.
If Your Next Door Traveller cancels the trip before departure, the ticket price paid to us will be refunded.
In circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, strikes, government restrictions or safety concerns, we may need to adjust the itinerary, timings or travel arrangements.
Where reasonably possible, passengers will be informed of significant changes.
Your Next Door Traveller provides coach transportation to and from Cologne.
The Christmas markets, shops, restaurants, attractions and events in Cologne are operated independently. Changes to opening hours, programmes, stalls or attractions are outside our control.
Passengers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents for travel between the Netherlands and Germany, including a valid passport or identity card and, where applicable, a valid visa or residence permit.
No refund will be provided if a passenger is unable to travel because of missing or invalid travel documents.
Every passenger occupying a seat requires a valid ticket unless otherwise stated on the booking page.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for children travelling with them throughout the trip.
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings during the journey and while visiting Cologne.
Your Next Door Traveller cannot guarantee the recovery of lost or forgotten items.
By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Booking & Cancellation Conditions for themselves and all passengers included in the booking.
These conditions do not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable Dutch or European consumer law.
